The Youth Leadership Task Force (YLTF) is a group of 10-20 teen boys and girls who meet twice a month to learn and develop leadership and advocacy skills in a lively atmosphere. They give DC Campaign a youth perspective by contributing their insights on preventing teen pregnancy.
